Our Flexible Esthetic Studio Policy

At Skin By Summer, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. We strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, We ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that we may have the opportunity to book another client. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of their scheduled time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service canceled. No call/no show will be charged 100% of the cost of the service that was canceled. An invoice will be sent if cancellation policy is not met future appointment can not be made if invoice is not paid.

We do not extend service times for late arrivals. Arriving 15 or more minutes late for your appointment will result in its cancellation and cancellation fee will apply.
